1. How can I update my personal information and password?
On the Member Information page you can update all your personal information and password including the email and mobile phone number that you use to sign in to KOHLER Design Community.
2. What are the options that I can choose to sign into the account?
You can sign in with your registered email or mobile phone number. You can also sign in with your SNS account if you connect your personal SNS account with your KOHLER Design Community account.
3. How can I earn KOHLER Points?
After you or your client purchases KOHLER products at our designated showrooms, simply submit the invoice to this website to start earning KOHLER Points.
4. What is the conversion rate between my spending and KOHLER Points?
Every 25,000 VND invoice value converts to 1 KOHLER Point.
5. When will my KOHLER Points expire?
KOHLER Points are valid until December 31st of the second year after KOHLER Points are credited to your Account.
6. What are the membership tiers? How can I move up to a higher membership tier?
The more KOHLER Points you collect, the more rewards you will receive as you move up through the membership tiers. Here are the membership tiers:
Silver 0 – 59,999
Gold 60,000 – 99,999
Diamond 100,000 and up
7. How can I redeem rewards?
Just check out this website for the latest gifts, select your choice of gift and number of points to redeem, and we will deliver your reward to your desired address.
